"Dear colleagues who work around the world focused on the reform of education and thought. I invite you to meet us each other in October 2008 in Hermosillo under the auspices of higher educational organizations and political entities of the State of Sonora and Mexico, with the common interest to examine as central topic " The contributions of the Complex Thought".

A colossal task falls to the international community, intending to reach the Eight Targets for the Development of the Millennium. The contribution of education is here decisive. Together, we can enrich thought as well as education, to participate to the formation of a new humanity."

Accreditation and enrollment fees
Accreditation dates:
Accreditation may be made by advanced payment with a differentiated fee before September 20th, or directly in the venue of the event on October 21st and 22nd.
Enrollment fees:
Delegates: USD $150 for pre-enrollment until September 20th

USD $180 after September 20th
Students: 50% off enrollment before September 20th (on receipt of documentary accreditation)
Companions: USD $100
The enrollment fee entitles delegates and students to participate in the event’s sessions and to receive the general program of activities, the book of summaries (CD), and diploma of participation.

The companion’s enrollment fee entitles him/her to participate in the opening activity and the welcome cocktail.
